The use of SPC helps keep your part specification in control and stable. Every set up starts with a first piece inspection layout by the Machine Technician and again by the Quality Assurance Technician. Shipments never leave Berkley without a dock audit before the lot is shipped. We utilize computer driven software to maintain gauge control and calibrations of all measuring equipment.
