As a Registered ISO 9001/2000 Company, a lot of planning goes into every component that is manufactured.  This includes control plans at every machine and in the quality control room for each job.  Customer blueprints are redrawn on Auto Cad and tolerances are tightened.  The use of SPC helps keep your part specification in control and stable.  Every set up starts with a first piece inspection layout by the Machine Technician and again by the Quality Assurance Technician.  Shipments never leave Berkley without a dock audit before the lot is shipped.  We utilize computer driven software to maintain gauge control and calibrations of all measuring equipment.

Berkley is capable to produce parts out of material sizes as small as 1/16” to 1 1/4” diameter.  Tight tolerances, ID and OD threading and knurling are all welcome. Through innovative techniques, the highest quality, competitively priced parts are produced.
