Capabilities

Berkley Screw machine Products is fully capable and equipped to handle your High or Low Volume requirements.  Our wide size range of multi-spindle machines can handle material sizes ranging from 1/16” to 1 1/4” diameter; round, hex square, or irregular shaped products. 

We utilize the latest technology with (9) 6/20, 6/32 and 8/32 Euroturns including Spindle Stopping and Cross Drilling.  26 Model 51 & 52 New Britain's and 40 3/4 “ Davenports.  All Euroturn & New Britain Multi-spindles are equipped with Pietro Cucchi Bar Feeders. 

Full Tool Room facilities with the ability to Design and Manufacture cutting tools to keep machines up and running with little or no downtime.

Our Engineering Team is up to the challenge of developing the most innovative and cost effective manufacturing process.  We use the latest in Auto-Cad software for tool design and blue print drawings.  The combined knowledge and experience of our staff works to meet the requirements of our customers. 

Our 8/32 Euroturn is equipped with a Quad Drilling Head. We have the capabilities to drill up to 4 holes simultaneously which eliminates the need for secondary operations.

Cross Drilling and Countersinking are done simultaneously on our 6/32 Euroturns with spindle stopping.
